Print Sales

• Print sales are made using Stripe which enables payments with most major credit/debit cards and mobile payemnt services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.
• Until further notice, prints sales using Stripe can be posted only to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
• I am currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland.
• Buyers outside the UK and EU should get in touch via the contact form if they wish to make a purchase.
• UK buyers may collect from Coventry, CV5 whereupon no carriage charges will be payable.
• Delivery within 10 miles approx of Coventry may be available on request.

Framing

• Framing using Artglass AR70 low-reflection glass is available when a print is ordered for collection or pre-arranged delivery.
• Frames will be simple black wood-effect in the size specified in the print description.
• If you would like a bespoke frame please contact me with details and I will obtain a price from my framer.

Customer satisfaction

• If you are not delighted with your purchase please contact me for a return authorisation (customer to pay return postage charge). On receipt of the undamaged return a full refund will be made.
• If your print arrives damaged a replacement will be provided or a full refund will be made.
